Procedure To Be Followed By The Valuation Review Committee’s
(1) All the Three members of the committee shall exercise their authority collectively and the majority decision shall be considered as the committee’s decision.
(2) At the time of Valuation Review Committee’s final decision on the application on the review of the valuation, the presence of Chairperson and the Two members shall be necessary.
